"Youth 4 Human Writes" Multi-Media Video Project involved twelve youth from the Kingston-Galloway community in the creation of a video documentary on a community arts project that the youth had previously taken part in. The project allowed for the youth to work with a professional artist to learn the following: video camera techniques, how to conduct interviews, how to edit footage with up to date professional software and how to assemble an effective video documentary that tells a story. Once the youth had worked with the POR AMOR team to learn the various skills, they were able to create a 15 minute documentary.
