The Borough Most Thorough consisted of a mobile program that worked with three established community partners (Malvern Branch - Toronto Public Library, Agincourt Community Services Association and East Scarborough Boys and Girls Club) in three of Scarborough's Priority Neighbourhoods. During each of the three weeks, 10 youth participants at three locations collaborated with Beatz to da Streetz to create a track. Each participant received copies of the final recorded CD to share with their friends and family.
